need advice on collared Lizards

I've been thinnking about getting a collared Lizard for about the past 10 years and have finally decided to do it. I'm planing on building a long, low (maybe 5 foot) plywood vivarium witha plexiglass front. can anyone give me any pointers on what all I will need to put into my vivarium. I really want to make it a good looking mini environment.
Also, where can I get a nice looking male Collared lizard at a reasonable price. I dont want to get one from the wild.
