Anyone done a removal on or heard of a snake getting into the house through the doggie door?

Back when i lived in Fountain Hills, i had a 5'6" gopher snake come in through a cat door. I kept it long enough to give it a belly full then let go.

several snakes which entered through doggy doors including one C. tigris. The rest were all harmless snakes such as Kings and Coachwhips.

...when I was removing snakes some years back during my few years while I lived in Maricopa, the apartments we rented in had a huge gap under the front and back doors. During the monsoon season we would have floods in every apartment. We always had problems with snakes (mostly WDBs and Gophers), scorpions and spiders. I remember one year when a winder came crawling across the frontroom when I we got up in the morn. I removed snakes from evap. coolers, washing machines, the pool table in the wash room, under sinks, what have you. It was desert living at its best :D
The only doggy-door related snake I can remember of hand was a Cali king, although I never did find it. Same thing happened at my girlfriends grandparents house with a Gophersnake.
