My first catch! :)

OMG, I can't believe it, I have my first 'wild' herping experience.. hahaha OK, not so wild.. While getting my kids from school, all of the kids were pointing at a lizard and there is a spiny lizard! Then of course the frenzy to catch it began, kids everywhere. I got them to stop and when they weren't looking anymore I snagged the poor guy to save him from elementary school hell. :)

LOL Jerry, likely better than some of the students. :)\

We took the little guy a few blocks away and released him into an over grown wash on the South Mountain Preserve, it was a good lesson for my kids.
